Genesis Day Care has been in operation since June 2000. We are a licensed daycare center that accepts children from the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years old.

 

Genesis is open from 6:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. Monday-Friday. We are located in the Bethel Baptist Church Family Life Center with our own 29, 300 square foot center equipped with classrooms per age.

 

Genesis also offers:

  • A before & after school program for school-age students

  • A full size basketball court

  • A theater stage

  • Two playgrounds

Curriculum

Genesis Day Care uses Creative Curriculum to mold the minds of children ages 6 weeks-age 12.  The teachers use Creative Curriculum to create fun, academically enriching, age-appropriate lesson plans weekly.  

 

Our curriculum is focused on meeting the developmental needs of the children, these domains include, but is not limited to:

  • Mathematics

  • Language & Literacy

  • Cognitive Development

  • Sensory

  • Science

  • Fine Motor

  • Gross Motor

  • Social-Emotional

Genesis uses an engaging curriculum to mold the minds of children while providing a safe, fun, loving, learning environment for children. We strive to meet each and every child’s needs by creating a loving bond between teacher and child. We believe in learning through play and experience using expression and creativity.
